This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Housekeeping Associate located in Chennai. The Senior Housekeeping Associate will oversee and perform daily housekeeping tasks, including cleaning, organizing, and maintaining guest rooms and public areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness. The role also involves managing laundry operations, monitoring housekeeping inventory, and collaborating with the team to maintain hotel cleanliness and guest satisfaction. Additionally, the associate will assist in training junior staff members and ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.

• Proficiency in handling Laundry tasks and maintaining cleanliness standards
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
• Excellent Organization Skills to manage inventories and prioritize tasks efficiently
• Experience in Training and mentoring junior staff to meet service standards
• High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role in the hospitality industry
