As a Senior Operations Manager, youll play a key leadership role in managing daily hospital operations, ensuring seamless coordination across clinical and non-clinical departments, while driving service efficiency and patient satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee hospital operations across clinical, paramedical, and support services

Ensure smooth functioning of departments such as IPD, OPD, ER, Diagnostics, OT, Pharmacy, Nursing Coordination, etc.

Lead and coordinate with cross-functional teams for workflow optimization and service excellence

Supervise patient flow, admission-discharge processes, bed occupancy, and inter-departmental coordination

Monitor hospital SOPs, infection control standards, accreditation requirements (NABH/NABL)

Collaborate with department heads and leadership for policy implementation and performance tracking

Handle grievance redressal and ensure high patient satisfaction

Train, mentor, and supervise mid-level operations staff and team leaders

Participate in audits, crisis response planning, and hospital safety drills

Provide regular MIS reports and dashboards to senior management
