Role Description

This is a full-time Senior Holiday Consultant position specializing in Europe at Uniglobe Focus Travel and Tours. The role is based on-site in Hyderabad. The Senior Holiday Consultant will be responsible for designing and selling tailored holiday packages to Europe, handling client inquiries, providing expert knowledge on travel destinations, managing travel bookings, and ensuring a seamless travel experience. The role will also involve liaising with suppliers and vendors to secure the best deals and ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the travel planning process.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in designing and selling Europe holiday packages
• Strong knowledge of European travel destinations and attractions
• Experience in managing travel bookings and client inquiries
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Ability to liaise with suppliers and vendors
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Flexibility to work on-site in Hyderabad
• Bachelor's degree in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, or related field
• Experience in the travel industry is preferred

Requirements:

• Minimum 24 years of experience in outbound holiday sales, with at least 2 years of hands-on experience particularly in handling European destinations.
• Strong knowledge of European geography, travel routes, must-visit destinations, and local experiences.
• Proficiency in holiday booking tools/platforms.
