Role Description

SkyBook is seeking a full-time, on-site Holidays Manager based in Kozhikode at UL Cyber park. This role involves leading and managing a team of expert Holiday Consultants specializing in planning, organizing, and delivering exceptional international holiday experiences for passengers in the GCC market.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supervising and mentoring the team of Holiday Consultants.
• Designing and creating holiday packages for both Group Inclusive Tours (GIT) and Fully Independent Travelers (FIT).
• Overseeing product marketing, sales, and operations to drive business growth.
• Managing worldwide visa processing.
• Handling retail and corporate ticketing, hotel bookings, and travel insurance issuance.
• Ensuring a seamless and memorable holiday experience for guests.

This role requires a strong focus on leadership, organizational skills, and a customer-first approach to deliver outstanding travel solutions.

Qualifications

• Must have experience in International holiday planning and management
• GDS Knowledge is preferred
• Prior GCC experience in a similar role is an added advantage
• Should have Leadership Quality & Managing a team experience
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Customer service orientation
• Knowledge of local attractions and activities for worldwide packages
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field will be an advantage
