Senior HNW Case Manager

High-Net-Worth Insurance | Up to S$126,000 Per Annum

An exciting opportunity has opened for an experienced HNW Case Management professional to join an established and growing private wealth insurance business.

This is a senior position for someone who understands the complexities behind large and sophisticated HNW insurance cases and is confident managing the entire journey from application through underwriting to policy issuance.

What You'll Be Doing

• Take ownership of complex HNW and UHNW insurance cases from submission through to completion.
• Manage new business applications, underwriting requirements, documentation and policy issuance.
• Act as a key point of contact between clients, advisers, insurers, underwriters and other stakeholders.
• Proactively manage outstanding requirements and ensure cases progress efficiently.
• Handle complex cases involving substantial sums assured and more sophisticated client circumstances.
• Provide guidance and technical support on case requirements, documentation and insurer processes.
• Build strong working relationships with insurance partners and internal stakeholders.
• Support and guide junior case management colleagues where required.
• Maintain high standards of accuracy, service quality and regulatory compliance.

What We're Looking For

• Strong experience within HNW life insurance, case management, new business or a closely related function.
• Good understanding of life insurance application and underwriting processes.
• Comfortable managing complex HNW cases and multiple stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of documentation, compliance and operational requirements surrounding HNW insurance.
• Excellent communication and relationship-management skills.
• Highly organised, meticulous and able to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
• Experience within an HNW brokerage, financial advisory, private wealth or insurer environment would be advantageous.
