We are seeking a Senior Highway Engineer to lead and supervise a Highway Maintenance Project in Daboka, Assam, for a reputed Engineering Consulting Firm. The role requires strong technical expertise, proven leadership, and a commitment to delivering quality infrastructure solutions in compliance with industry standards.

Salary Budget: ₹1.10 lakh per month

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, execution, and supervision of highway maintenance works.
• Ensure compliance with national and state-level engineering standards, codes, and safety regulations.
• Review and approve technical drawings, designs, and maintenance schedules.
• Monitor project progress, quality control, and resource utilization.
• Prepare audit-ready documentation, reports, and compliance notes for submission.
• Provide technical guidance to engineers and site teams.

Qualifications & Experience

• Graduate in Civil Engineering with M.Tech in Highway/Transportation/Structural Engineer.
• Total professional experience: 16 years in civil/highway engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of dedicated experience as a Highway Engineer.
• Strong knowledge of highway design, maintenance practices, and project management.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
