Senior Highway Engineer

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality engineering design for multidisciplinary infrastructure projects.
• Prepare designs, drawings, technical reports, specifications, and schedules.
• Collaborate with professionals across transport, energy, sustainability, and building engineering disciplines.
• Assist Project Lead/Discipline Lead and mentor junior team members.
• Identify opportunities to expand the team's expertise and bring new skills.
• Apply sustainability principles to infrastructure engineering solutions.
• Contribute to masterplan engineering, including linear infrastructure, highway engineering, and dry utilities.
• Support client engagement with clear communication and presentation of solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; Master's degree in Highway or Linear Infrastructure from a reputed institute.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in infrastructure and highway engineering.
• Proven ability to deliver multidisciplinary projects and collaborate across diverse teams.
• Strong technical expertise in masterplan engineering, linear infrastructure, highway engineering, and dry utilities.
• Proficiency in Civil 3D, Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Digital Twin, and automation tools.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Awareness and application of sustainability principles in infrastructure projects.
• Experience working in the Middle East and/or UK will be an advantage.
