We at Verdantas, looking fora skilled Senior Help Desk Analyst to join our team.
The Help Desk Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing the IT department, ensuring the smooth operation of IT services, and leading a team of IT professionals. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for technology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of IT Helpdesk professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.
- Oversee the daily operations of the IT department, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
- Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify and address IT needs and requirements.
- Manage IT projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
- Ensure the security and integrity of the organization's IT infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
- Stay up to date with the latest technology trends and advancements.
- Willingness to work 24/7 rotational shifts as required.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proven experience in Managerial roles.
- Strong technical knowledge of IT systems, networks, and software.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow.
- Experience with IT project management and ITIL framework is a plus.
- 10+ Years Experience
- Microsoft 365 Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, Viva, etc.)
