About the Role:
- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Healthcare Recruiter to join our team in Mumbai Someone with 3.5+ years of experience.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting for healthcare roles, specifically Registered Nurses (RNs), LVNs, LPNs, etc.
- This is an onsite, full-time position requiring excellent communication skills and a proactive, extroverted personality to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for healthcare positions.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified healthcare professionals.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements.
- Utilize various sourcing methods including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking events.
- Conduct initial candidate assessments and coordinate interview schedules.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
- Ensure a positive candidate's experience throughout the recruitment process.
Required Qualifications:
- 3.5+ years experience in healthcare recruitment.
- Strong understanding of healthcare staffing processes and compliance requirements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly extroverted and confident in engaging with candidates and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Comfortable working in a night shift (US hours).
- Familiarity with US healthcare recruitment practices.
- Experience using ATS and VMS tools.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
