About the Company

We are seeking experienced Senior Recruiters with a strong background in hiring for the US therapy domain, including Physical Therapists (PT), Occupational Therapists (OT), Speech Therapists, and Therapy Assistants (PTA/COTA). The role requires end-to-end recruitment expertise, stakeholder management, and the ability to manage high-volume as well as niche hiring mandates within the healthcare sector.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for US therapy-related healthcare roles (PT, OT, SLP, Therapy Assistants, etc.)
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, workforce planning, and hiring priorities
  • Source candidates through multiple channels: job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and healthcare-specific databases
  • Screen, interview, and assess candidates for clinical competencies, certifications, and cultural fit
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare hiring standards, licensing, and credential verification
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for therapy roles across multiple locations
  • Handle offer negotiations, onboarding coordination, and candidate engagement
  • Track and report recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, and pipeline conversion
  • Stay updated with market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring strategies in the therapy space

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3+ years of recruitment experience, with significant exposure to healthcare hiring
  • Proven experience hiring for US therapy roles (PT, OT, PTA, COTA, SLP, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of clinical credentials, licensing, and compliance requirements
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
