Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for US therapy-related healthcare roles (PT, OT, SLP, Therapy Assistants, etc.)
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, workforce planning, and hiring priorities
- Source candidates through multiple channels: job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and healthcare-specific databases
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates for clinical competencies, certifications, and cultural fit
- Ensure compliance with healthcare hiring standards, licensing, and credential verification
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for therapy roles across multiple locations
- Handle offer negotiations, onboarding coordination, and candidate engagement
- Track and report recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, and pipeline conversion
- Stay updated with market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring strategies in the therapy space
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of recruitment experience, with significant exposure to healthcare hiring
- Proven experience hiring for US therapy roles (PT, OT, PTA, COTA, SLP, etc.)
- Strong understanding of clinical credentials, licensing, and compliance requirements
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
