Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Recruiter with a strong background in contractual healthcare staffing. This is a hands-on, onsite role based in our Noida office, ideal for someone who excels in full-cycle recruitment and can lead and mentor a team of freelance recruiters.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Sourcing
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for contractual healthcare positions such as nurses, therapists, technicians, medical assistants, and other allied healthcare roles.
- Actively source candidates using job boards, databases, social media, referrals, and internal tools.
- Conduct screening, qualification, interview coordination, and negotiation with candidates.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of healthcare professionals.
Team Leadership
- Lead, guide, and mentor a team of freelance healthcare recruiters.
- Allocate job requisitions, monitor performance, and ensure daily/weekly targets are met.
- Provide training, feedback, and support to enhance team productivity and quality of hires.
Client & Candidate Management
- Coordinate with internal teams to understand staffing needs and job specifications.
- Maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Ensure timely onboarding and compliance for contractual hires.
Administrative & Reporting
- Maintain accurate recruitment dashboards, trackers, and reports.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance, and documentation processes.
- Work closely with leadership to improve recruitment strategies and delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare staffing, specifically working on contractual positions.
- Strong knowledge of medical and healthcare job roles.
- Hands-on experience with sourcing tools, ATS systems, and recruitment portals.
- Prior experience leading or mentoring a team is required.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work onsite in the Noida office.
