Job Summary

Join Oracle's Delivery organization, where we help our Fusion HCM customers drive adoption of SaaS applications, ensure continuous value realization, help resolve complex problems and realize tangible business outcomes. We seek Enterprise Solution Architectswith extensive experience in designing and leading global, multi-module Oracle Fusion HCM transformations.

The role entails partnering with C-suite HR and business leaders to define target-state HR operating models, translate complex requirements into scalable and secure end-to-end architectures, and drive measurable outcomes across the entire spectrum of Oracle Fusion HCM (Core HR, Talent, Payroll, WFM, Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, Learning, and Analytics). The role entails establishing strong governance and a value-realization mindset-leading health checks, optimization programs, and outcome-based roadmaps that improve adoption, efficiency, compliance, and ROI beyond go-live. It also entails delivering executive-level thought leadership, collaborating cross-functionally with Product/Support/Cloud Ops/Delivery teams, and leveraging market trends and responsible AI/automation in the Oracle ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Architect Enterprise HCM Solutions: Design scalable, secure, and compliant end-to-end HCM architectures and innovative solutions across Core HR, Talent, Payroll, Workforce Management, Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, Learning, and Analytics.
  • Influence at the Highest Levels: Partner with C-suite and HR executives to shape strategy, present forward-thinking recommendations, and guide critical decisions.
  • Translate Complexity into Clarity: Diagnose intricate business challenges, define target-state processes, and convert business requirements into sustainable solution blueprints.
  • Drive Adoption & Continuous Value: Lead governance frameworks, roadmap planning, and success metrics that ensure long-term transformation-not just go-live success.
  • Lead Assessments & Health Checks: Deliver actionable insights across Go-Live, Steady State, and Future State phases with measurable outcomes.
  • Collaborate Across the Ecosystem: Work closely with Product, Support, Cloud Operations, and Delivery teams to accelerate resolution paths and strategic initiatives.
  • Deliver Executive-Level Thought Leadership: Facilitate workshops and executive briefings that clearly articulate business value, risk mitigation, and ROI.
  • Stay Ahead of the Market: Maintain deep awareness of evolving HCM trends, regulatory landscapes, AI-driven HR innovation, and industry best practices-leveraging insights from leading advisory bodies and broader HR technology ecosystems to shape credible, future-ready recommendations.
  • Act as a multiplier: Develop and mentor professionals to create capability multipliers-scaling skills, reinforcing desired behaviours, and strengthening cultural alignment through active coaching, knowledge sharing, and continuous development within CSS.

Qualifications & Skills

  1. Proven Enterprise Delivery: 12 -15 years in HCM consulting, architecture, or Digital HR transformation roles with successful multi-module, global implementations and measurable business outcomes.
  2. Demonstrated Business Impact: Evidence of driving adoption lift, improving HR business outcomes (e.g., enhancing payroll accuracy, reducing time-to-hire, or increasing internal mobility, etc) through technology enablement.
  3. Executive Presence: Strong track record of influencing CHROs, CFOs, CIOs and executive stakeholders with ability to ability to align HR outcomes to business KPIs.
  4. Deep Functional Breadth: Hands-on expertise across multiple Fusion HCM modules and a clear understanding of cross-functional dependencies and data flows.
  5. Architectural Rigor: Experience defining target operating models, governance frameworks, security/compliance standards, and scalable enterprise integrations.
