About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Hardware & System Integration Engineer with hands-on experience in Industrial Automation, Robotics, Machine Vision, Electrical Hardware Design, and System Integration.
The role involves end-to-end ownership of hardware execution — from requirement analysis and electrical design to system integration, testing, commissioning, customer support, and project documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead electrical hardware design and industrial automation system integration.
- Design and review industrial control panels and electrical schematics.
- Prepare electrical BOMs, IO lists, cable schedules, GA drawings, FAT/SAT documents, and test reports.
- Integrate PLC, HMI, Industrial PCs, machine vision cameras, lighting systems, servo/motion systems, barcode readers, and safety devices.
- Coordinate with Mechanical, Software, Vision, AI, Manufacturing, Vendors, and Customer teams.
- Conduct hardware testing, IO validation, electrical safety testing, camera validation, and system performance testing.
- Troubleshoot hardware and integration issues and perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and corrective actions.
- Support installation, commissioning, customer training, and system handover.
- Provide onsite technical support for electrical systems, PLC hardware, vision systems, Industrial PCs, and networking.
- Develop and standardize engineering documentation, SOPs, QC checklists, and deployment procedures.
- Drive project ownership and ensure timely and reliable project delivery.

What We're Looking For
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in Industrial Automation, Robotics, Machine Vision, or System Integration.
- Strong hands-on technical and troubleshooting capabilities.
- Ability to work across multidisciplinary teams and take ownership of project execution.
- Strong customer handling, communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to support onsite installation and commissioning activities.
