Responsibilities
- Understanding hardware problem statements and coming up with suitable architectures/designs
- Design and performance optimization
- Circuit design and Schematic capture
- Board bring-up and hardware testing
- Perform complex circuit simulations
Qualifications
Candidate should preferably have
- Diploma/ BSc/MSc in electrical & electronics &/or allied fields, or
- B.E./ B.Tech in Electrical & Electronics Engg. Or Electronics & Communication Engg.
- M.E./M.Tech in Electrical Engg. Or Power Electronics
Experience
Must have a minimum of 2 years of relevant industry experience in core Electrical and electronics hardware and/or Power engineering
- Must have done design, development and testing of electrical and electronics hardware from the component level
- Must have an understanding of circuit simulation in Pspice/LTspice
- Must have worked on EDA tools such as Altium, OrCad, KiCad, etc
- Must have hands-on experience in basic soldering/desoldering and circuit assembly
- Must know how to use basic laboratory instruments like multimeter, mixed-signal oscilloscope, programmable power supplies, etc
- Preferably have development experience in Automotive/renewable energy domains

- Must have good problem-solving skills
- Must have good oral and written communication skills
- Must be open to working in a highly dynamic startup environment
