Job Description

We are looking for contractors of around 6 to 8 years in HW design field with following requirements please send suitable profiles for screening.

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in electronics and a proven track record in analyzing digital and power electronic circuits. A background in x86 board design is preferred and will be considered an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and optimize digital and power electronic circuits, ensuring high performance and reliability.
  • Participate in PCB stack-up selection, component placement, and layout reviews to ensure optimal design.
  • Apply expertise in high-speed signal integrity and EMI/EMC concepts to enhance design quality for digital and power electronics.
  • Engage in the NPI process cycle, from high-level documentation and design to final validation.
  • Independently manage schematic design, design analysis, and coordinate reviews with peer designers, layout, SI, and EMC teams.
  • Conduct board bring-up and troubleshoot issues in collaboration with firmware and software teams.
  • Prepare and review comprehensive hardware design documentation and issue investigation reports.
  • Develop and execute board bring-up plans, identifying necessary test equipment and ensuring thorough testing.
  • Communicate effectively and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including post-silicon IP validation, BIOS, and driver development/QA.

Qualifications:

  • 6-8 years of experience in electronics and electronic circuit designs and analysis.
  • Strong background in x86 board design is preferred.
  • Experience in PCB stack-up selection, component placement, and layout reviews.
  • Demonstrated understanding of high-speed signal integrity and EMI/EMC concepts.
  • Proven experience in the NPI process cycle, from design to validation.
  • Hands-on experience with DDR4/5,LPDDR4/5/5X,Display Technologies, PCIe, USB, I2C, SPI, and eSPI protocols etc.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration with diverse teams.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience in coordinating with firmware and software teams for board bring-up and issue resolution.
  • Ability to prepare detailed design documentation and reports.
  • Experience in developing and executing comprehensive test plans.
