This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Hair Technician based in Mumbai, with flexibility for partial work-from-home arrangements. The Senior Hair Technician will provide professional consultations to clients, recommend suitable products and treatments, and demonstrate product use. Responsibilities also include training junior technicians, maintaining high-quality service standards, and staying updated on the latest haircare trends. Collaboration with the product team to provide insights for new product development may also be required.

• Expertise in haircare techniques, treatments, and customer consultations
• Strong knowledge of hair products, including keratin-based, biotin-enriched, and natural ingredient formulations
• Experience in training and mentoring junior team members
• Ability to stay updated with the latest haircare trends and techniques
• Proficient communication and client interaction skills
• Flexibility to work both on-site in Mumbai and remotely when required
• Relevant certifications or training in haircare and styling
• Previous experience in a salon or professional haircare environment is a plus
