Senior Guidewire Developer (Remote)
Role Description
We are looking for an experienced Senior Guidewire Developer to join our team and help deliver scalable, high-quality insurance solutions. In this role, you will design, develop, and implement Guidewire applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams to support modern insurance platforms, including Guidewire Cloud implementations.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement Guidewire solutions based on business and technical requirements.
- Work on core Guidewire modules including PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimCenter.
- Configure and customize Guidewire applications using GOSU, Guidewire Studio, and configuration tools.
- Develop integrations with external systems using APIs, web services, and messaging frameworks.
- Participate in Guidewire Cloud Platform implementations and cloud migration initiatives.
- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA teams, and product owners to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Perform code reviews, unit testing, and integration testing to ensure best practices and quality standards.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues in a timely manner.
- Contribute to performance optimization, system scalability, and cloud deployment strategies.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in Guidewire development and implementations.
- Strong expertise in Guidewire PolicyCenter / BillingCenter / ClaimCenter.
- Proficiency in Guidewire Cloud and Guidewire integration frameworks.
- Experience with Guidewire Cloud Platform (GWCP) or cloud-based Guidewire deployments.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
- Guidewire Associate or ACE Certification is required
