Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and enhance solutions within Guidewire XCenters (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, or ClaimCenter)
- Work closely with onshore teams and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions
- Participate in architecture discussions and provide technical recommendations
- Own end-to-end delivery of assigned components with minimal supervision
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
- Ensure adherence to Guidewire best practices, coding standards, and performance considerations
- Actively contribute to team collaboration across geographies (onshore/offshore model)
Required Skills & Experience:
- 8+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in Guidewire implementations
- Strong hands-on expertise in at least one Guidewire XCenter:
PolicyCenter
BillingCenter
ClaimCenter
- Proficiency in GOSU, Guidewire data model, and integration patterns
- Experience working in distributed/onshore-offshore delivery models
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (client-facing readiness is critical)
