Work as a Senior Guidewire Business Analyst with strong insurance domain expertise.
Gather, analyze, and document complex business requirements and user stories across Guidewire platforms including PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimCenter.
Collaborate closely with client stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into functional specifications.
Analyze existing business processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
Drive requirement workshops, discussions, and solution walkthroughs with business and technical teams.
Ensure alignment of business requirements with system capabilities and project objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Lead requirement elicitation, documentation, and analysis activities.
Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams.
Support solution design, UAT, and implementation phases.
Ensure high-quality documentation including BRD, FRD, and user stories.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and ensure timely delivery.
Required Qualifications
Extensive experience as a Guidewire Business Analyst in the insurance domain.
Strong knowledge of Rating / BillingCenter (Mandatory).
Hands-on experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimCenter.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Skills
Experience with Australia Motor Insurance product (added advantage).
Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
Ability to drive process improvements and business transformation initiatives.
