- End-to-End Impact Analysis: Conduct thorough impact assessments for all proposed changes &; spanning data flows, integrations, process dependencies, and downstream system effects &; before any development begins.
- Hands-On Development: Own significant development work including Apex, LWC, REST/SOAP API integrations, and automation frameworks. This is a roll-up-your-sleeves role, not an advisory one.
- AI Agent Build & Maintenance: Design, build, and maintain AI agents using Agentforce and other LLM-based frameworks (OpenAI/ChatGPT, Claude/Anthropic, Google Gemini) integrated into the GTM tech stack. Extend and optimize agents already in production (Deal Desk, Contracts/Rev Rec Review, IT Help Desk Tier-1).
- Stakeholder & Executive Communication: Lead architectural reviews, solution presentations, and status communications with business stakeholders, GTM leadership, and executive audiences. Written and verbal clarity at all levels is non-negotiable.
