Role Description Bizvoy is working on a new project building a GTM platform for the startups who have just raied their seed round. This remote role involves building and optimizing workflows that connect sales, marketing and revenue tools, ensuring data accuracy, process reliability, and clear reporting across the GTM stack. Day-to-day responsibilities include diagnosing and resolving system issues, configuring integrations and automation rules, and enhancing process control for pipeline management, lead routing, and performance tracking. The engineer will partner with Bizvoy's GTM strategists, founders, and operators to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, while documenting configurations and establishing best practices. The role also includes continuous improvement of automation frameworks and proactive monitoring of GTM infrastructure to support repeatable revenue and capital readiness.

Compensation

Qualifications

  • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostics skills to identify, analyze, and resolve complex system and automation issues across GTM workflows.
  • Proficiency in process control and automation, including designing, implementing, and optimizing end-to-end automated processes for sales and marketing operations.
  • Experience with robotics, control systems, or similar automation technologies, and the ability to adapt these skills to digital GTM and revenue operations platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM, marketing automation, and revenue operations tools (e.g., Clay, HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, Zapier, Make, or equivalent) and API-based integrations.
  • Strong data management and analytical skills, including building dashboards, maintaining data quality, and supporting metric tracking for ARR, retention, and pipeline clarity.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with non-technical stakeholders, translate business requirements into technical solutions, and document processes clearly.
  • Prior experience in startup or high-growth environments, especially in go-to-market, RevOps, or sales/marketing automation engineering roles.
  • Minimum experience of 5 years
