This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Guest Service Associate (GSA) based in Indore. The Senior GSA will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional guest experience by managing front office operations, assisting with guest inquiries, and handling check-ins and check-outs. Additional responsibilities include supervising junior staff, addressing guest concerns efficiently, maintaining operational standards, and ensuring seamless communication between various hotel departments. Candidates will play a key role in creating a welcoming environment that reflects Jardin Hotels service excellence.

• Proficiency in customer service, conflict resolution, and guest relations management
• Knowledge of front office operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and reservation management
• Leadership and team supervision skills to manage junior staff effectively
• Attention to detail and organizational skills for maintaining high operational standards
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Prior experience in the hospitality industry is highly desirable
• Proficiency in using hotel management software and tools
• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
