Role Overview
* Drive end-to-end growth initiatives across multiple NxtWave products.
* Understand user behavior and identify high-impact growth opportunities.
* Work closely with Product Managers, Marketing, Tech, Sales, and other teams.
* Design growth experiments, run A/B tests, and scale successful solutions.
* Lead and mentor a small team (12 members) to execute initiatives effectively.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify growth opportunities across the customer journey using data and user insights.
* Build hypotheses, design experiments, and run structured A/B tests.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute growth initiatives.
* Own key metrics such as acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and revenue.
* Prepare clear problem statements, evaluate root causes, and propose creative solutions.
* Track performance, prepare reports/dashboards, and present insights to leadership.
* Manage multiple workstreams with strong prioritization and timely execution.
* Mentor junior team members and ensure high-quality output.

Requirements
* 47 years of experience in growth, product, marketing, strategy, or related roles.
* Hands-on experience running A/B tests and scaling successful experiments.
* Strong analytical skills; proficiency with data tools such as Excel, SQL, and dashboards.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
* Prior experience in edtech, consumer tech, or high-growth startups is a plus.
