Job Overview

We seek a Senior Growth Manager to own and scale growth for South India markets through high-impact, localized performance marketing funnels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing marketing campaigns, building effective marketing funnels, and collaborating with creative teams to develop engaging concepts for diverse user segments across multiple languages.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own growth outcomes for South India markets, including CAC, LTV, retention, and revenue impact.
  • Plan, execute, and refine digital campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, and other paid channels. Monitor KPIs (CTR, CAC, ROI) and optimize through A/B testing and audience segmentation.
  • Design and optimize a localized funnel to guide users from awareness to conversion. Continuously test and refine strategies to maximize engagement and minimize drop-offs.
  • Align marketing materials with user sentiment by collaborating with creative teams. Research trends, develop engaging ad creatives, and craft tailored messages for different audience segments.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3-8 years of experience in Customer Facing companies.
  • 2+ Years of experience in Digital, performance, or growth marketing.
  • Owned and scaled performance marketing funnels for regional markets with significant monthly spends and aggressive growth targets.
  • Demonstrated ability to take a market from early traction to scale through iterative funnel optimization.
  • Good knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube Ads
  • Experience in marketing funnel optimization, audience segmentation, and data-driven marketing strategies.
  • Working proficiency of at least one of the Prominent South Indian languages (Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada) with the ability to evaluate creatives, messaging, and landing experiences.
  • Ability to analyze marketing data using Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Appsflyer, or similar tools.
  • Experience in A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and retargeting campaigns.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with creative and content teams.
  • Prior experience in an app-based or content-driven business (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Experience managing monthly marketing budgets at scale is a plus.
