Job Overview

This is a strategic role youll own the outcomes, shape the roadmap, and guide execution across teams.

We are looking for a data-driven Sr / Growth Manager to drive strategic initiatives that fuels revenue growth.

What Youll Own

• Growth KPIs across the user lifecycle acquisition quality, activation, retention, and repeat loan conversion
• Campaign performance tracking (push, SMS, WhatsApp, in-app) identify whats working and what to fix
• Strategy for user engagement and reactivation journeys, in collaboration with Marketing/CRM and product teams
• Insights, reporting, and ideas to improve funnel performance and lifetime value
• Recommendations on targeting, segmentation, and messaging based on data
• Business Volume, Revenue and Cost KPIs as applicable for the role

What Youll Need

• 5+ years in growth, lifecycle marketing, or customer strategy roles in fintech or consumer tech. MBA preferred.
• Strong understanding of customer journeys, engagement levers, and performance metrics
• Understanding of performance marketing
• Familiarity with CleverTap, MoEngage, or other engagement automation platforms
• Data-driven mindset comfort with funnels, cohorts, dashboards, and A/B testing
• Ability to work cross-functionally and influence teams across marketing, CRM, product, and analytics
• Self starter with a strong sense of discipline on timelines
