  • Drive User & Revenue Growth
    • Own growth metrics across the funnel: acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and monetization
    • Scale card issuance, activation rates, and add-on product adoption through targeted growth initiatives
  • Data-Driven Strategy & Experimentation
    • Develop and implement segmentation and propensity models to identify high-value user cohorts
    • Design and execute A/B tests to optimize conversion rates across onboarding, KYC, and transaction journeys
    • Translate data insights into actionable growth strategies
  • Customer Lifecycle Management
    • Build and automate lifecycle campaigns (onboarding, activation, retention, reactivation)
    • Improve retention metrics through behavioral segmentation and personalized engagement journeys
  • Product & Feature Optimization
    • Collaborate with product, engineering, and design teams to enhance payment features and user journeys
    • Identify friction points and drive improvements in onboarding (e.g., KYC), payments flow, and rewards systems
  • Personalization & Engagement
    • Develop and scale personalized marketing campaigns using CRM tools
    • Build and optimize rewards and offer engines to increase transaction frequency and user stickiness
  • Channel & Campaign Optimization
    • Optimize communication channels (push, SMS, email, in-app) using analytics and performance tracking
    • Improve campaign ROI through continuous monitoring and iteration
  • Analytics & Reporting
    • Create dashboards and reporting frameworks to track key growth metrics
    • Provide regular insights to leadership on performance, trends, and opportunities
