We hire people to grow with us for 5-10+ years. We don't want short-term players. We want people who join the family and grow with us.

What You'll Do

• Take 4–6 qualified, pre-set appointments per day (60 minutes each)

• Conduct consultative sales calls — diagnose pain, deliver the right solution, close

• Maintain 80%+ show rate and 25%+ close rate after 60-day ramp

• Daily morning meetings + weekly 1-on-1 with the founder

• Submit daily EOD reports and update CRM

• Participate in call reviews — yours and others

Who You Are

• 4–8 years high-ticket B2C or B2B consultative phone sales experience

• Verifiable personal IC revenue of ₹3Cr+ cumulative (we'll ask for proof)

• EdTech feeder background welcome

• Fluent in Hindi + English

• Comfortable taking calls 9 AM – 6 PM IST

• Coachable — even if you've been doing this for 8 years, you accept feedback like a beginner

• Long-term mindset — we hire for 5+ years, not 5 months

Bonus Points

• Coaching, consulting, or info-product industry experience

• Have mentored or trained junior closers before

• Familiar with sales methodologies (Sandler, Challenger, Straight Line)

• Have used LeadSquared, HubSpot, or Salesforce
