Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced
Senior GRC Consultant with strong expertise in regulatory compliance, risk management, and AML/CFT frameworks. This role is ideal for professionals
currently based in India who have
previous work experience in the UAE and possess a strong understanding of UAE compliance regulations and FATF requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct enterprise-wide risk assessments (EWRA)
- Develop and review company policies, procedures, and internal controls
- Lead compliance and risk management initiatives
- Perform AML/CFT audits and assessments
- Carry out research, gap analysis, and regulatory reviews
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for stakeholders
- Support clients with compliance frameworks and advisory
Candidate Requirements- Minimum 5+ years experience in GRC, Compliance, or Risk Management
- Previous UAE experience is mandatory
- Strong understanding of UAE AML/CFT regulations, FATF guidelines, and risk frameworks
- High proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Excellent research, analytical, and documentation skills
- Relevant certifications preferred:
- CAMS
- CCEP
- CRMA
- ISO 31000
- Or other compliance/risk certifications
