What is the work
- Brand & Visual Design: Create eye-catching graphics, layouts, and visual concepts across digital platforms.
- Social & Campaign Creatives: Design social media posts, ads, digital banners, and marketing assets.
- Client Collaboration: Understand briefs, present concepts, refine designs based on feedback.
- Design Quality: Maintain visual consistency and brand alignment across all outputs.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with marketing, content, and development teams to ensure cohesive deliveries.
- Tool Proficiency: Strong hands-on skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Figma, and Canva.
- Presentation-Ready Assets: Deliver polished, print-ready or web-ready design files.
- Trend Awareness: Stay updated with graphic design trends, Indian digital aesthetics, and social media visual styles.
What skills and experience are we looking for
- 35 years of experience as a graphic, digital, or visual designer.
- Strong portfolio covering brand design, digital creatives, layouts, and visual storytelling.
- Excellent command over typography, color theory, layout, and composition.
- Understanding of digital design formats (social, display ads, web banners, emailers).
- Ability to work on multiple projects and fast deadlines.
- Strong communication in english and presentation skills.
- Bonus: Experience with basic motion graphics or short animations.
