courage, and calm. We're looking for a Senior Graphic Designer who can translate emotion, philosophy, and depth into minimalist, cinematic visuals. Someone who can make silence look powerful and ideas feel timeless.

Responsibilities

Design episode thumbnails, social-media assets, and YouTube covers that reflect the show's tone and story.

Build and maintain a consistent visual identity system (colour, typography, layout, grid).

Collaborate with editors, writers, and strategists to bring stories to life visually.

Create promotional visuals for guests, episodes, and brand campaigns.

Adapt designs across Instagram, YouTube, and X while retaining brand coherence.

Maintain an evolving brand design library in for team use.

Explore creative directions motion posters, quote graphics, typography experiments.

Qualifications

1 3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in digital media or creator brands.

Proficiency in Figma / Photoshop / Illustrator / Canva.

Strong sense of composition, typography, and negative space.

A portfolio that shows taste not just skill.

Understanding of YouTube and Instagram visual dynamics is a plus.

Telugu language familiarity preferred, but not mandatory.
