We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our growing team in Perinthalmanna, Malappuram. The ideal candidate will lead creative design initiatives, translate concepts into compelling visuals, and ensure brand consistency across all platforms. This role requires a strong design sensibility, leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.

• Lead the conceptualization and execution of creative designs for digital and print media
• Develop visual content for branding, marketing campaigns, social media, websites, and advertisements
• Ensure brand guidelines are followed consistently across all design materials
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and development teams to deliver high-quality creative outputs
• Mentor and guide junior designers, providing constructive feedback and creative direction
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
• Review and refine designs based on stakeholder/client feedback
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and industry best practices

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
• 3-4 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with at least 12 years in a senior role
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative thinking, branding, and design expertise
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Experience with digital design, social media creatives, and marketing collaterals
• Good understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Experience in motion graphics or basic video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro)
• Knowledge of UI/UX design and tools like Figma or Adobe XD
• Experience working in an agency or fast-paced creative environment
