Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer specializing in Mainline Marketing to develop impactful visual creatives for brand communication, advertising campaigns, print media, and offline marketing activities.

The candidate should have a strong understanding of branding, typography, layouts, color combinations, and print production, with the ability to translate marketing briefs into effective creative designs.

Key Responsibilities

• Design creative concepts for mainline advertising campaigns.
• Create newspaper advertisements, magazine ads, brochures, flyers, and catalogues.
• Design outdoor advertising materials such as hoardings, billboards, banners, and standees.
• Develop branding collaterals, corporate presentations, and marketing communication materials.
• Design POSM materials such as danglers, wobblers, shelf strips, posters, and display units.
• Work on packaging, product communication, and promotional creatives.
• Coordinate with marketing, sales, and external advertising agencies.
• Ensure brand consistency across all offline communication.
• Prepare print-ready artwork with proper dimensions, bleed, color profiles, and resolution.
• Manage multiple projects and deliver creatives within deadlines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design / Applied Arts / Visual Communication.
• 2–5 years of relevant graphic design experience.
• Proficiency in:
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe InDesign
• CorelDRAW (added advantage)
• Strong knowledge of typography, composition, and visual storytelling.
• Understanding of printing processes and production requirements.
• Creative thinking and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
