Position Description

We are seeking a creative and organized professional to serve as a Senior Graphic Designer

The Designer/Editor will support the company by creating materials that advance our communications efforts by developing case studies, infographics, videos that help us to simplify the communication of complex concepts and data.

Requirements

• Design and layout of essential business materials (e.g. Presentations, Infographics, Case Studies, Dashboards, Videos, etc.)
• Strong visual communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex concepts and data through images/videos.
• Basic video editing skills and Design
• A superior eye for composition, color, and fonts.
• Proven experience taking a project from storyboard through to completion.
• Thorough knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (mainly Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop).
• Basic knowledge of designing and prototyping on Figma
• Familiarity with best practices for graphics and video content on social media platforms.
• Experience in client communication.
• Self Starter and Ability to Work Independently in a Fast Growing Startup Environment.
• Work autonomously and develop high-quality concepts with minimal instruction.
• Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Flexibility in working with new issues, topics, and approaches.
• Degree in communications, journalism, marketing, graphic design, or related field, or demonstrated success in relevant professional fields.
