Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Graphic Designer located in Virar Office, Mumbai. The Senior Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating and designing graphics, logos, and branding materials. The role includes day-to-day tasks such as designing visual components for digital and print media, developing typography, and collaborating with the marketing team to maintain brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

Asset Creation: Translate complex ideas and briefs into high-quality visual assets for:

• Print Materials: Brochures, flyers, posters, banners.
• Digital Graphics: Website assets, email templates, online advertisements.
• Social Media Content: Static posts, story graphics, infographics, and short-form video assets (e.g., animated GIFs, basic motion graphics).
• Presentations: Design and template creation for PowerPoint/Google Slides that are visually engaging and on-brand.
• Marketing Collateral: Sales sheets, event materials, and internal communications.

Collaboration & Ideation: Work effectively within the clients team, participating in brainstorming sessions and contributing to design concept development from inception to completion.

Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, adhering to deadlines and project timelines.

Brand Stewardship: Ensure all deliverables strictly adhere to clients comprehensive brand guidelines, maintaining visual consistency and integrity across all touchpoints.

Innovation: Proactively stay updated on the latest design trends, software, and technologies like AI to offer innovative and effective visual solutions.

Requirements

Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite is non-negotiable. Specifically: Adobe Illustrator: For vector graphics, logos, and illustrations.

Adobe Photoshop: For image editing, compositing, and digital painting.

Adobe InDesign: For multi-page layout design (brochures, reports).

Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint for creating and formatting sophisticated presentations.

Experience with digital design principles, including understanding of web and social media formats (e.g., pixels, aspect ratios).

Experience in web design, UI/UX design, or other digital design projects is a plus.

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication skills to present and discuss design concepts.

A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field is preferred (but not mandatory).
