What We're Looking For
We are searching for a highly creative streetwear designer who understands:
- Modern oversized streetwear aesthetics
- Fashion-forward graphic design
- Garment construction & silhouettes
- Global fashion trends
- Luxury/streetwear branding
- Minimal yet impactful visual identity
- Youth culture, hype culture & premium fashion direction
You should have strong taste, originality, and the ability to create designs that feel internationally competitive.
Responsibilities
- Design oversized t-shirts, hoodies, cargos, jackets & streetwear collections
- Create original graphics, typography & fashion concepts
- Develop tech packs and garment details for production
- Suggest premium fabrics, washes, fits & trims
- Build cohesive seasonal collections
- Help shape Tim & Tokyo's visual identity and fashion direction
- Collaborate on campaign concepts, drops & branding
Skills Required
- Strong portfolio in streetwear or contemporary fashion
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop
- Understanding of garment manufacturing
- Experience with tech packs & print placements
- Knowledge of current streetwear/fashion trends
- Ability to create globally appealing designs
Bonus if you understand:
- Japanese-inspired aesthetics
- Luxury streetwear branding
- Fashion storytelling
- AI-assisted creative workflows
