Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to shape and elevate our end-to-end eCommerce experience across all digital touchpoints. You will lead a team of talented designers to create intuitive, visually stunning, and conversion-focused designs across clients. The ideal candidate is passionate about crafting designs and working with clients to balance aesthetics, usability and business impact.

What You Will Do

  • Create high-quality, engaging graphics for social media, digital ads, campaigns, website banners, and marketplace platforms.
  • Work closely with marketing, content, and product teams to understand briefs and turn them into compelling visuals.
  • Create emotion-driven, story-led designs that support brand identity and audience engagement.
  • Produce fast-paced short-form content such as reels, motion graphics, and product videos.
  • Support campaign launches, festive drops, product releases, and marketing calendar initiatives.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with team members to brainstorm concepts, moodboards, and creative directions.
  • Work on quick-turnaround creative requirements during campaigns, seasons, and daily content cycles.

Key Responsibilities

1) Design & Creative Execution

  • Design ads, product creatives, social posts, campaign visuals, banners, emailers, presentations, and more.
  • Create visually appealing layouts that align with e-commerce needs (conversion-driven, scroll-stopping, and platform-friendly).
  • Produce motion graphics, reels, and short-format videos optimized for engagement.

2) Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with the marketing and growth teams to develop high-performing ad creatives (Meta, Google).
  • Coordinate with product and content teams to align visuals with brand narrative and campaign goals.
  • Contribute ideas to brainstorming sessions and support the team in creative problem-solving.

3) Content Production

  • Support shoots, visual planning, and design requirements for promotional campaigns.
  • Create product-focused creatives that highlight features, value, and aesthetic appeal.
  • Adapt designs quickly for real-time content, trend-based opportunities, and campaign needs.

4) Brand Consistency

  • Ensure all visuals follow brand guidelines and maintain a consistent look and feel.
  • Build reusable templates and small design systems that help improve workflow efficiency.

Requirements

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

  • 68 years of graphic design experience (preferably in e-commerce, D2C, lifestyle (Apparels and Jewelleries), F&B, beauty, or consumer brands).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing digital design, campaign work, social media creatives, and brand storytelling.
  • Expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro & After Effects (or equivalent tools).
  • Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
  • Ability to create thumb-stopping assets for ads and reels.
  • Comfortable with fast-paced work environments and tight timelines.
  • Understanding of platform formats (Instagram, Facebook, Google Ads, marketplace listings).

Good to Have

  • Experience collaborating with marketing, performance, or brand teams.
  • Familiarity with motion design trends and fast-paced content production.
  • Experience in E-commerce, F&B, lifestyle, or consumer brands is a bonus.
