Senior Graphic Designer

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a consistent brand identity and visual style guide, ensuring brand cohesion across all marketing materials, website, product interfaces, and other digital and print assets.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to conceptualize, design, and produce a wide range of assets, including website mockups, landing pages, illustrations, infographics, presentations, social media graphics, and more.
• Continuously explore and implement design trends, best practices, and innovative techniques to elevate the companys visual identity and user experience.
• Manage the design process from ideation to final delivery, ensuring high-quality output and adherence to project timelines.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and optimize designs for maximum impact and user engagement.
• Contribute to the development of design systems and pattern libraries to ensure consistent and scalable design implementation across the organization.

Qualifications:

• 4-5 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer, ideally in a B2B tech company or industry-related field.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Adobe Illustrator, CorelDraw, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro.
• Strong understanding of website design principles, typography, color theory, and layout design.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex concepts into visually appealing and easy-to-understand designs.
• Familiarity with responsive design and the ability to create designs optimized for various devices and platforms.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and articulate design concepts effectively.
• A portfolio showcasing strong conceptual thinking, creativity, and attention to detail in design execution.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
