Senior Graphic Designer & Social Media Manager

hepn is looking for a creative, hands-on professional to join our team in Ahmedabad. This is a full-time, in-office role for a designer who can manage the entire creative process—from the first design draft to the final post on our marketplaces.

Role Overview

You will be responsible for creating high-quality visual content and actively managing the posting across all social media and marketplace platforms. We need someone who understands not just how to make things look good, but how to make them perform within different marketplace algorithms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design & Layout: Create professional product designs and marketing assets using CorelDRAW and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Video & Shoot: Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for product showcases and trending updates.
• Social Media & Marketplace Management: Take full responsibility for posting content to all digital marketplaces and social platforms.
• Algorithm Strategy: Stay updated on marketplace algorithms and trending content to ensure maximum visibility and engagement.
• Brand Growth: Ensure all posts align with our product-based brand identity.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 3 years of professional experience in graphic design and content management.
• Software Proficiency: Expert knowledge of CorelDRAW, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Video Skills: Strong skills in video shooting and professional editing.
• Location: Must be able to work full-time from our office in Ahmedabad.
• Communication: Ability to understand market trends and translate them into engaging posts.
