About the Role

We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Sr. Graphic Visualizer who can blend strong design fundamentals with modern AI-powered creative workflows. The ideal candidate should have experience working on digital-first campaigns, branding, social media creatives, and visual storytelling while leveraging AI tools to enhance creativity, speed, and innovation.

You will work closely with creative strategists, copywriters, and the client servicing team to conceptualize and execute visually compelling campaigns for multiple brands.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and design high-quality creatives for digital campaigns, social media, branding, pitch decks, and marketing collaterals.
• Create visually engaging static and motion-led creatives aligned with brand guidelines.
• Use AI tools to generate creative concepts, design assets, image enhancements, moodboards, and visual explorations.
• Collaborate with copywriters, strategists, and performance teams to execute integrated campaigns.
• Translate briefs into impactful visual narratives and campaign ideas.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, AI design tools, and creative technologies.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to overall creative brainstorming sessions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience as a Graphic Designer / Visualizer in an advertising, digital, or creative agency.
• Strong portfolio showcasing branding, digital campaigns, social media creatives, and visual storytelling.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects preferred).

Hands-on experience with AI creative tools such as:

• Runway ML
• DALL·E
• Canva AI / other generative AI tools
