We are looking for a creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our Real Estate company. The ideal candidate will have a strong design portfolio, an eye for detail, and the ability to produce high-quality visual content that effectively communicates our brand message.

Responsibilities

Create visually appealing designs for real estate marketing materials including brochures, flyers, and digital advertisements.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and strategies that align with brand goals.
Design and maintain the company's website and social media graphics to enhance online presence.
Prepare high-quality presentations and visual content for property listings and pitches.
Ensure consistency in visual branding across all platforms and materials.

Skills and Qualifications

3-7 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in the real estate sector.
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
Experience with digital marketing and social media platforms.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and meet tight deadlines.
