Senior Graphic Designer

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Graphic Designer, based in Bhubaneswar. The Senior Graphic Designer will design and develop visual content for digital and print media, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and creative objectives. Responsibilities include creating promotional materials, conceptualizing and executing designs for marketing campaigns, and collaborating closely with internal teams to produce high-quality creative assets. Providing creative input to enhance the overall brand identity will also be integral to the role.

• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Adobe XD or related tools
• Strong skills in branding, logo design, typography, and color theory
• Experience in creating marketing materials, including social media graphics, presentations, banners, and print designs
• Knowledge of visual storytelling and the ability to convey messages effectively through design
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and the ability to multi-task projects with tight deadlines
• A collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills to work closely with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field; relevant experience will be considered
• Experience in UX/UI design and familiarity with website or e-commerce design principles is an added advantage
