About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Graphics Specialist to join our global Creative Design team. This is a hands-on senior design role focused on high-quality layout, editorial, print, and digital design work. You will collaborate with global teams, support studio leadership, and deliver accurate, brand-aligned creative assets in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver print and digital assets with strong focus on layout and typography
- Develop and maintain InDesign-based layouts, templates, and editorial designs
- Produce print-ready and screen-ready files within tight deadlines
- Ensure quality control, accuracy, and brand compliance across all deliverables
- Work closely with Studio Manager and Global Creative teams
- Collaborate with project managers and internal stakeholders across regions
- Support junior designers and contribute to workload planning
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency
- Maintain accurate timesheets, schedules, and delivery commitments
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong expertise in Adobe InDesign (mandatory)
- Excellent layout, typography, and editorial design skills
- Experience in print and digital production workflows
- High attention to detail with strong quality-control mindset
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Experience working with global or multinational teams is a plus.
