About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Graphic Designer who can also edit video, to own the visual identity of our brand across social media, advertising, packaging, and digital platforms. You'll work closely with our marketing team to create scroll-stopping creatives and video content that drives real business results for a fast-moving D2C brand.

Responsibilities

• Design graphics for social media posts, paid ad creatives, website banners, and packaging
• Shoot, edit, and produce short-form video content — Reels, ad videos, product demos, and testimonials
• Create high-converting ad creatives for Meta/Instagram campaigns in collaboration with the performance marketing team
• Maintain and evolve brand visual identity and consistency across all touchpoints
• Manage end-to-end content production for the monthly content calendar
• Coordinate and direct product/lifestyle photo and video shoots
• Stay current with design and video trends relevant to the health and wellness space

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of professional experience in graphic design and video editing
• Strong command of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro (After Effects, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve a plus)
• A portfolio demonstrating both static design and video editing work is required
• Understanding of what performs well in D2C/e-commerce and social media content
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines
• Willingness to work full-time

Good to Have

• Basic photography/videography skills
• Motion graphics experience
