MUST HAVE PAST DIGITAL MARKETING AGENCY EXPERIENCE AS A SENIOR GRAPHIC DESIGNER - PORTFOLIO REQUIRED (MUST)
Role Description & Responsibilities
- 3-5 years of experienceas a Senior Graphic Designer
- Design high-converting Ad Creatives for Facebook and Instagram Ad campaigns
- Produce static, carousel, and story/reel ad formats optimized for performance
- Manage multiple client projects simultaneously across different industries
- Skilled in color grading and image enhancement for social media content
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva)
- Understanding of ad specs, platform guidelines, and performance creative principles
- Ability to juggle multiple briefs & meet tight deadlines
- Experience with video/motion graphics for Reels and Stories
- Design & create marketing collateral brochures, flyers, banners, email headers, landing page visuals
- Experiment with new design trends, styles, and formats to keep client content ahead of the curve
- Organise and maintain a clean, structured file management system for all assets
- Take and implement feedback efficiently with quick turnaround times
- Strong eye for typography, layout, colour theory, and visual hierarchy
- Willingness to always learn new tools, new trends, new creative formats
