Role Description Senior Brand Designer

We are seeking a Senior Brand Designer for a full-time, on-site role in Bengaluru. This role is ideal for someone deeply passionate about brand building, not just design execution.

You will be responsible for ideating, developing, and leading brand visual identity systems across diverse categories. From brand strategy translation to logo creation and scalable identity systems, you will shape how brands look, feel, and communicate.

The ideal candidate is someone who:

  • Thinks beyond aesthetics and understands brand positioning
  • Crafts cohesive identity systems, not just standalone logos
  • Is highly detail-oriented yet big-picture driven
  • Keeps track of global design trends, typography movements, and evolving visual cultures
  • Can lead projects independently and mentor junior designers
  • You will collaborate closely with strategy, content, and client teams to deliver thoughtful, high-quality design solutions aligned with business objectives and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the ideation and development of brand visual identities
  • Design logos, typography systems, color palettes, and brand guidelines
  • Build scalable identity systems across digital and physical touchpoints
  • Present and articulate design rationale confidently to internal teams and clients
  • Guide and mentor junior designers, ensuring quality and consistency
  • Maintain high standards of craft, refinement, and execution
  • Stay updated on global design trends, tools, and cultural shifts

Qualifications & Experience
