Office24hours provides end-to-end creative and operational support services to international clients, primarily in the US promotional products and marketing space. We work on both high-volume production tasks and complex, time-sensitive design projects.
Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Graphic Designer who can independently handle both simple production work and complex design challenges, while also guiding juniors, managing priorities, and communicating confidently in English with internal teams and clients when required.
This is not a purely creative role and not a junior execution role. It requires judgment, speed, accuracy, and accountability.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle a mix of:
+ Production graphics (vector cleanup, resizing, separations, mockups)
+ Complex design tasks (branding, layouts, visual problem-solving)
+ Review and correct junior designers work
+Ensure files are print-ready and error-free
+ Follow US client specifications, deadlines, and quality standards
+ Communicate clearly in English (email, brief discussions, internal reviews)
+ Manage multiple projects under tight timelines without supervision
+ Maintain organized source files and version control
Required Skills & Experience
37+ years of professional graphic design experience
Strong command of:
+ Adobe Illustrator (mandatory)
+ Adobe Photoshop (mandatory)
+ Adobe InDesign (preferred)
+ Wilcom Studio or Ink/Stitch
+ Deep understanding of print design fundamentals
+ Experience with production-heavy workflows (preferred)
+ Ability to switch between speed-driven and detail-driven tasks
+ Clear English communication (non-negotiable)
+ Proven reliability in US shift timings

+ Not a training or internship role
+ Not suitable for freshers or purely creative-only designers
