initiatives.
Stay at the forefront of design trends while maintaining the
brand's classical elegance and premium appeal.
- Design Creation and Execution
Design and produce an extensive range of high-quality materials,
Including
oPrint: brochures, catalogues, invitations, lookbooks, and
luxury packaging.
oDigital: web banners, social media creatives, email templates,
online campaigns, and digital publications.
Ensure every design detailfrom typography to textureadheres
to ultra-high standards of visual and production quality.
Implement refined design techniques such as embossing, foiling,
and specialty finishes across print assets.
- Brand Identity & Asset Management
Uphold and enhance the visual identity of ALPPL and its sub-
brands by developing brand guidelines and visual toolkits.
Select and manage brand-appropriate typography, colour
palettes, iconography, and layout systems.
Create standardized templates for consistent usage across
internal teams while maintaining elite aesthetic integrity.
- Cross-functional Collaboration
Partner closely with the Marketing, PR, and Communications
teams to translate brand strategy into powerful visual executions.
Collaborate with senior leadership, creative directors, and
department heads to understand business goals and ensure visual
outputs support strategic initiatives.
Offer creative direction to junior designers and freelancers to
maintain a cohesive luxury visual tone.
- Print & Digital Production
Oversee All Aspects Of Design Production
- Prepare high-fidelity print-ready files and liaise with
external printers to ensure output precision, quality, and
luxury finishes.
- Optimize digital assets for multiple devices and platforms,
ensuring flawless visual integrity across responsive
designs.
Conduct quality checks for accuracy, resolution, colour,
alignment, and final presentation.
- Campaign & Event Design Support
Lead the design and rollout of visual assets for marketing
campaigns, events, VIP engagements, and press activations.
Design collateral such as exclusive invitations, event signage,
branded merchandise, and themed digital promotions.
Ensure all creative materials align with the tone, theme, and guest
expectations of luxury experiences.
- Innovation, Trends, and Inspiration
Monitor global trends in luxury branding, design, fashion, and
architecture to incorporate relevant influences.
Explore collaborations with influencers, designers, and
tastemakers to elevate ALPPL's visual ecosystem.
Advocate for and implement forward-thinking, digital-first, and
experiential design strategies.
