Roles & Responsibility:
- Lead the creation of high-quality visual assets for digital, print, and social media platforms.
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure design consistency across all channels.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and other internal teams to translate ideas into visually engaging content.
- Oversee and mentor junior designers or freelancers when needed.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines without compromising quality.
- Conceptualize and design campaigns, presentations, infographics, digital ads, packaging, and branded materials.
Eligibility Criteria:
- A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work across various mediums (please include link).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with Figma or similar tools.
- Experience designing for both digital and print formats.
- Excellent understanding of layout, color theory, typography, and brand identity.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
- High attention to detail and commitment to delivering polished, professional work.
- Ability to take feedback and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
