Job Description

Brand & Marketing

Design Meta ads, social media creatives and campaign assets.
Create creatives for product launches, offers and seasonal campaigns.
Design website, email, WhatsApp and other digital marketing assets.
Develop creative concepts, layouts and visual directions for campaigns.
Maintain consistency across Inkling's visual identity.
Work with the performance marketing team to develop and test new creative formats.
Create design templates and systems to improve speed and consistency.

Product Design

Work closely with the Product Team on graphic requirements for new and existing products.
Create artwork, illustrations, patterns and visual elements required for products.
Design product packaging, inserts, instruction cards, labels and other physical assets.
Translate product concepts into visually appealing customer-facing designs.
Adapt artwork across different products, sizes and formats.
Work with the Product and Operations teams to ensure designs are production-ready.

AI-Assisted Design

Strong knowledge and practical use of AI tools for design is NON-NEGOTIABLE.

Use AI tools to generate concepts, references, compositions, illustrations and design directions.
Use AI to accelerate the design process while maintaining a high-quality final output.
Experiment with new AI design and image-generation tools.
Combine AI-generated assets with traditional design tools to create original, production-ready work.
Stay updated with emerging AI tools and workflows relevant to graphic design.

Collaboration & Execution

Work directly with the founders and product/marketing teams to understand briefs.
Take ownership of projects from brief → concept → design → revisions → final artwork.
Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Coordinate with printers, manufacturers, photographers and other creative vendors when required.
Ensure all final artwork meets technical and production requirements
