Position: Senior Graphic Designer

Join our creative team to drive design execution for digital campaigns, packaging, retail materials, and brand assets. You'll use tools like Figma and Adobe Illustrator to create compelling visuals that maintain consistency across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead design execution across digital campaigns, packaging, retail displays, and brand assets, ensuring high-quality output from concept to delivery.
- Create high-quality visual designs using Figma and Adobe Illustrator for marketing materials, social media, websites, and brand communication.
- Translate brand strategy into compelling visual storytelling across multiple platforms, including social, web, print, and experiential retail
- Ensure consistency of visual identity and design systems (typography, colors, layouts) across all touchpoints, updating guidelines as needed
- Collaborate closely with design, product, marketing, and business development teams to align visuals with project goals and timelines.
Required Skills and Experience
- 7-10 years in graphic design, ideally from a creative agency handling brand and campaign works.
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe Illustrator; strong skills in Adobe Photoshop (AI) and video editing tools like Premiere Pro or After Effects.
- Proven ability to manage end-to-end design projects with attention to detail, from ideation to production-ready files.
- Experience in packaging design, retail visuals, and multi-platform brand assets (digital + physical)
- Excellent collaboration skills and ability to present concepts to stakeholders
Nice-to-Have:
- Familiarity with motion graphics or UX/UI principles for enhanced digital campaigns
